Requirements
Must be a college student, high school junior, or high school senior who can attend meetings in-person in Loudoun County
Must have a strong interest in STEM as displayed through coursework and extracurriculars
Must be able to devote an hour a week to meeting with esSTEMtials students
Must be open to teaching new STEM avenues that are not traditionally taught at schools
